  • Systems biology is an exciting new approach to understand biological complexity. It builds on large-scale measurement technologies, such as next-generation sequencing and mass spectrometry, Our group focuses on developing experimental-computational approaches to advance biomedical questions in the context of infectious diseases and the immune system. We develop tools, notably Cytoscape, an open-source platform for visualization and analysis of interaction networks and corresponding large-scale 'omics data sets. More on Systems Biology
